Our Commitment:
Prestissimo Window Cleaning Company is committed to making our website accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We have taken active steps to improve accessibility and welcome feedback from anyone who encounters a barrier.


Our Goal:
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our site currently scores 9.6 on the WAVE accessibility evaluation tool, and we continue to identify and address any remaining issues.
 

Steps We Have Taken:
We have taken the following concrete steps to improve accessibility:

  • Added descriptive alt text to all images throughout the website so screen readers can accurately describe them to users

  • Corrected heading structure across the site so screen reader users can navigate page sections logically

  • Ensured contact information — including phone number, email, and address — is clearly labeled and easy to locate

  • Built on the Wix platform, which provides baseline accessibility features including keyboard navigation support

  • Evaluated our site using the WAVE accessibility tool and acted on the results

 

Known Limitations:
Our website is built on the Wix platform. While we work within that platform to maximize accessibility, some aspects of the underlying code are outside our direct control. We continue to monitor and address issues as they arise.
